Daigin owns revolutionary UV water transfer technology. With this technology, films with decorative patterns can be printed onto special water-soluble film with UV ink, and transfered to the surface of plastic、metal and various material via water buoyancy, and then solidified by UV curing.
Compared with traditional water transfer technology, Daigin UV water transfer technology utilize UV activated ink for the prining process. After printing, the water-soluble film floats over the water, aborbs water, and then softens and expands. Under water pressure, the gravure-printed pattern is transferred onto surfaces with various shapes. Daigin UV water transfer technology uses UV activated ink and UV curing process to expedite the solidification of the printed film and achieve high hardness of the water transferred and UV cured thin film.
